Gary Garfield

Former CEO of Bridgestone Americas, Gary Garfield has engaged and educated audiences with his unique insight on corporate culture and policies.

In 2010, he was promoted from General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to the CEO of Bridgestone Americas, overseeing more than 55,000 employees. Through his innovative approach to improving the workplace culture, Garyfield was able to change the focus of the ogranization, drive innovation and collaboration, and break down silos. This resulted in hitting record profits each year, growing more than 30% and earning more than $15 billion.

Garfield has established himself as an expert in creating change and improving corporate culture. He not only shares his decades of insight, but does it in a way that both captivates and motivates the audience, while ensuring that his messages and insight hammer home the key points senior management wants from a keynote speaker.
