Gerald D. Bell is an established author and international leadership consultant, recognized for his contributions to leadership training and development. In 1972, he founded the Bell Leadership Institute, a consulting firm that has significantly impacted the field by aiding CEOs and other senior leaders in advancing their leadership skills.
