Gillian Cilibrasi Biography
Gillian Cilibrasi is an Integrative Wellness consultant and practitioner specializing in body and mind wellness. She consults with corporations to help grow and enhance their wellness offerings, and with individuals, assisting with a range of services from stress reduction to patient navigation.
As a graduate of the Swedish Institute in New York City, Cilibrasi has maintained a bodywork practice for more than 20 years. With more that 2000 hours of training under the world-renowned yoga teachers, Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman, she is also an experienced yoga teacher who both teaches and trains other teachers in the yoga and wellness community.
She spent the last decade as Program Director for Donna Karan’s Urban Zen Integrative Therapy Program, an advanced teaching program focused on integrating complimentary healing modalities into mainstream medical care at institutions such as Beth Israel Medical Center in New York and UCLA Health Systems in Los Angeles.
