As the founder of Harvest107, Gracie has made it her mission to ensure that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, has access to fresh and nutritious food.

Established in 2013, Harvest107 is founded on the principle that food is a right, not a privilege. With women and children comprising nearly 60% of those who are hungry and undernourished, Gracie's organization focuses on two main programs: school gardens and the Family Farm Pack Initiative. These programs aim to provide materials, education, and support to female farmers in developing nations, enabling them to increase the quantity and quality of their crops.

Starting from humble beginnings in Franklin, TN, Harvest107 has now spread its roots to Haiti and is in the process of expanding into Latin America and cities across the United States. This year, Gracie's relentless pursuit of her vision led to the launch of a digital program that made sustainable agriculture training available to over 7.4 million people in Haiti.

As a motivational speaker, Pfaff shares her journey starting a nonprofit at 12-years-old, insights, and experiences to inspire others to take action, overcome challenges, and make a difference in the world.
