Greg Pennington, Ph.D. is Managing Partner for Pennpoint Consulting Group (PC|G), a firm focused on increasing organization capacity and capability. We work with leaders and organizations who want to accelerate their effectiveness. In the process, we often elevate their effectiveness to another level. Greg's experience includes serving as V.P. Senior Leader Development and Planning for a $40 billion global multi-industrial company. His experience includes internal and external roles in human resources, training and development, diversity and inclusion and executive coaching.

His coaching clients include partners, senior leaders, and high potentials in public accounting firms, financial services corporations, retail, consumer goods, communications and manufacturing organizations. His executive coaching engagements include senior leaders through managers in a wide range of industries and have focused on accelerating their effectiveness. PG|G's leadership development engagements include designing and facilitating high potential and high-performance programs, developing women leaders and increasing diversity and inclusion. His team effectiveness engagements include integrating new senior teams post-merger, driving sustainable high performing teams, and assessing team strengths and development areas.

Greg holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a B.A. degree cum laude in Psychology and Social Relations from Harvard University. He is an active member of the American Psychological Association, having served as President of the Society of Consulting Psychology. Dr. Pennington's Board experience includes Hillside Organization which provides residential and therapy support for children and families. Greg's passion pursuits include drawing and painting. He is also competitive Judo player.
