Heather Thomson wears many hats, mother of two, wife, inventor, designer, entrepreneur, philanthropist, performer, speaker, athlete, licensed health and wellness coach, TV personality, and avid adventurer. She is recognized for her roles as an inventor, athlete, and avid adventurer, focusing on personal strength and resilience, encouraging others to persevere through hardships without giving up.

Thomson has garnered over 25 years of experience in the fashion industry, serving as founding Design Director for the Sean “Diddy” Combs line, Sean John, and as Co-Creative Director alongside Beyoncé Knowles and Jennifer Lopez to launch and develop their respective labels. In 2008, Thomson founded her innovative collection, "Yummie by Heather Thomson", which has significantly impacted the shapewear and lifestyle market for women.

Currently, Thomson spends time on her passions, which include her podcast “In MY Heart” and Beyond Fresh, her organic superfood brand. She is also well-known from her years on the hit Bravo reality series "Real Housewives of New York City". As a motivational speaker, Thomson has delivered keynotes across a range of Fortune 500 companies, presented for non-profits, and joined various panel discussions as an expert on network news channels from CNN, CNBC, FoxBusiness, and MSNBC. She continues to create corporate employee health programs, give nutrition lectures across the country, and provide wellness workshops and retreats with partners such as Miraval Spa and Resort, Canyon Ranch, and Hilton Head Health.
