Henry Cejudo

Henry Cejudo is a seasoned veteran in the world of combat sports, with a rich background in both mixed martial arts and freestyle wrestling. Cejudo's journey began remarkably early, as he became the youngest American Olympic gold medalist in wrestling history at 21 during the 2008 Summer Olympics. His accolades extend beyond the Olympics, as he is also a 2007 Pan American Games gold medalist, a multiple-time Pan American Championships gold medalist, and a US national champion. His successful wrestling career culminated in his induction into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame as a Distinguished Member in June 2018.

Following his retirement from wrestling in 2012, Cejudo transitioned into the world of mixed martial arts (MMA), making his debut in 2013 and quickly rising to prominence. His career in MMA saw him compete in the Bantamweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he held both the UFC Flyweight and Bantamweight Championships. Notably, he became the fourth UFC fighter to hold titles in two different weight classes simultaneously and the second to defend titles in two different weight divisions. His MMA career spanned from 2013 to 2020, with a brief return from 2023 to 2025, during which he accumulated 16 wins out of a total of 22 fights.
