Howard H. Wiesenfeld is a long-time trader in merger arbitrage and event-driven situations. For the past ten years, he has served as Portfolio Manager, Arbitrage and Event-Driven strategies, at Millennium Partners L.P., a $37 billion hedge fund headquartered in New York. Prior to joining Millennium, Mr. Wiesenfeld was co-Founder and Principal of DKR Ibex and research analyst on the Risk Arbitrage desk of Spear, Leeds & Kellogg. Howard previously practiced law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
Mr. Wiesenfeld received his B.S. in Economics magna cum laude from the Wharton School, M.B.A. under a full merit scholarship from New York University, and J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar.
