Israa Nasir, MHC-LP, is a psychotherapist, speaker, and founder of the digital mental health brand WellGuide. Nasir curates meaningful experiences through therapy, workshops, engaging creative content, and speaking engagements to further amplify the message of emotional wellness and personal growth. Nasir is also the author of "Toxic Productivity: Reclaim Your Time and Energy in a World that Always Demands More."
With over a decade of experience, her work is focused on transforming the way we talk about mental health, taking it from a place of shame to a place of empowerment; with a specific focus on identity formation and healing for women and the AAPI immigrant (first and second generation) experience.
