J.D. Pardo

Jorge Daniel "J.D." Pardo is an actor of Argentine and Salvadoran descent. He is best known for playing the lead role of Ezekiel "EZ" Reyes in the FX television series "Mayans M.C." from 2018 to 2023.

Pardo’s career began in the early 2000s with guest roles on popular television series. His breakout role came with the critically acclaimed miniseries "A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story" in 2006, where he portrayed the titular character, a transgender teenager who tragically became a victim of a hate crime. His sensitive and powerful performance earned him widespread acclaim and showcased his ability to tackle challenging and complex roles.

Pardo has also starred as Jason Neville in the post-apocalyptic series "Revolution" and later joined the cast of the popular series "The Messengers" as Raul Garcia, a character with a mysterious past and supernatural abilities. Pardo's talent for embodying multifaceted characters led him to the role of "EZ" in "Mayans M.C.," a spin-off of the critically acclaimed "Sons of Anarchy." As "EZ," Pardo delivered a riveting performance as a former golden boy turned outlaw, navigating the treacherous world of motorcycle clubs. Pardo was nominated several times for an Imagen Award for "Mayans M.C.," winning in 2021 for Best Actor – Television (Drama).
