Janti Soeripto

Janti Soeripto is the President and CEO of Save the Children US, a prominent international humanitarian organization dedicated to protecting children worldwide for over a century. She took on the role of CEO in January 2020, having previously served as President and COO from May 2019. In these positions, Soeripto has been responsible for setting the organization’s strategy, ensuring efficient management, staffing, alignment, and effective operation across all divisions. Her responsibilities also included enhancing accountability for results and overseeing the integration and coordination of divisional activities.

Before her tenure at Save the Children US, Soeripto was the Deputy CEO of Save the Children International for eight years, where she managed market growth, global strategy development, communication, and venture partnerships.

Soeripto’s career spans nearly 20 years in the corporate sector with significant roles at Kimberly-Clark and Unilever. She served as Indonesia Country Director for Kimberly-Clark and was the Managing Director of Belu in London, the first bottled water brand in a biodegradable bottle that donates all profits to charity. Her early career included 15 years at Unilever in finance and general management, working in the Netherlands, the UK, and Singapore.

Soeripto holds master’s degrees in economics and finance and graduated from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
