Jason A. Wolf

Jason A. Wolf, PhD, serves as the President of The Beryl Institute, a leading organization focused on improving patient experience in healthcare. Under his leadership, The Beryl Institute has grown into a global community dedicated to exploring innovative solutions that enhance patient care. Wolf is also the Founding Editor of the Patient Experience Journal, further establishing a platform for research and dialogue on this critical subject.

In addition to his role at The Beryl Institute, Wolf established and presides over the Patient Experience Institute. This independent, non-profit organization is committed to the advancement of patient experience through evidence-based research, continuing education, and professional certification. His expertise in patient experience improvement, organizational culture, and change, as well as sustaining high performance in healthcare, positions him as a recognized leader in the field.

Wolf has authored numerous influential publications and academic articles. His contributions include two books on Organization Development in Healthcare and over 50 white papers and articles. His notable work, "Patient Experience: The New Heart of Healthcare Leadership," earned him the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) 2018 Dean Conley Award. Residing in Nashville, TN with his family, Wolf continues to influence healthcare practices both locally and internationally.
