Henderson has worked for well-known organizations such as the Atlanta Braces, Callaway Gardens, Chick-fila-A, and North Point Ministries, one of the largest churches in America. While there, Henderson led three churches for over 17 years. Henderson also serves as a Thought Leader for Maxwell Leadership, training leaders around the world through his speaking and writing.
Henderson and his wife Wendy have been married 27 years and have a daughter, Jesse, 24, and a son, Cole, 22.
