Jeff Mauro

Jeff Mauro, known for his extensive culinary expertise and dynamic television presence, has made a significant impact in the food industry. His journey in the culinary world started when he graduated valedictorian from the Le Cordon Bleu culinary program, paving the way for his position as a private corporate chef and sandwich artist.

Mauro's big break came when he emerged as the winner of the seventh season of the "Food Network Star" competition. Following this win, he went on to host the Emmy-nominated series "Sandwich King," where he shared his love for sandwiches. His culinary passion is also evident in his series "$24 in 24," where he explored various food establishments with a budget of $24 in 24 hours. Mauro added another role to his repertoire when he became a co-host on "The Kitchen," alongside Sunny Anderson, Katie Lee, Marcela Valladolid, and Geoffrey Zakarian. His journey with Food Network continued when he began hosting "Kitchen Crash" in January 2021, and most recently, he co-hosted Season 24 of "Worst Cooks in America" in 2022.

Beyond his television roles, Mauro is the CEO and founder of Mauro Provisions, a brand offering foods he and his family grew up loving. He also hosts the "Come On Over" podcast, further showcasing his multifaceted career in the culinary arts. Additionally, Mauro has authored a cookbook titled "Come on Over: 111 Fantastic Recipes for the Family That Cooks, Eats, and Laughs Together." Mauro also continues to nurture his passion for music as a guitarist for the band The Jewel Bags, complemented by his background in performing arts, having played Tony in Chicago's production of "Tony and Tina's Wedding."
