Jeffrey K. Rohrs serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Yext, the digital knowledge management pioneer, where he oversees global brand, enterprise, and partner marketing initiatives. Before his tenure at Yext, Rohrs was Vice President of Marketing Insights for Salesforce, following its acquisition of ExactTarget. At ExactTarget, he was pivotal in evolving the company from a specialized email marketing solution into a global, publicly-traded, omnichannel marketing cloud platform. He is also the author of the book "AUDIENCE: Marketing in the Age of Subscribers, Fans and Followers," which explores proprietary audience development as a core marketing responsibility and has been ranked among the “Top 25 Social Media Books for Academia.”

Rohrs has a notable background in leadership and innovation in digital marketing, previously serving as President of Optiem, a digital marketing agency, where he managed high-profile clients such as Calphalon, Sherwin-Williams, and Things Remembered.
