Graduate of University College Dublin with a master degree in European Studies and Honours BA Degree. As part of Erasmus programme studied in Lyon, France for a year. CIPD accredited with a Diploma in ROI from Impact Measurement Centre. While working in IBEC undertook an IITD Certificate in Training and Development and completed a Diploma and Certificate in Employment Law, both accredited by the National College of Ireland, in addition to several professional development courses

Recent assignments include implementing a restructuring initiative and engaged in an interim role in a voluntary hospital in city centre. Additionally, I have supported a number of other clients across technology, telecoms and SME sectors. Other roles include: Group HR Manager with KTL group (KTL, Threefold and Towercom), and from 2000-2006 with Irish Business and Employer Confederation [Ibec] in the role of HR Executive and Page 7 Media (2006-2007) as Senior HR Consultant. .
