Jenna Dewan Tatum

Jenna Dewan is a dancer, actress, author, and host. Beginning her career as a backup dancer for Janet Jackson, Dewan has forged a successful path in the entertainment industry.

She initially captivated audiences as the lead in the Disney film, "Step Up," highlighting her talents as both an actress and a dancer. Dewan's acting career expanded with roles in the Lionsgate film "Setup" opposite Bruce Willis and 50 Cent, the Anchor Bay film "10 Years," and more recently in Lakeshore Entertainment’s "The Wedding Year" alongside Sarah Hyland, Anna Camp, and Wanda Sykes. Additionally, her role in the FOX medical drama "The Resident" as Julian Lynn, and as host of NBC’s "World of Dance," have solidified her standing in the industry. Dewan's significant dance expertise brought depth to "World of Dance," enhancing the competition involving solo artists, duos, and crews across various dance genres.

Her television contributions extend to CBS’ "Supergirl," the Lifetime series "Witches of East End," and Ryan Murphy’s "American Horror Story: Asylum." In 2017, Dewan founded Everheart Productions, focusing on female-centric stories across film, television, and digital platforms. Everheart has established development deals with notable entities such as Universal Television, Warner Bros., and Hulu. In addition, Dewan co-created 33andOut Productions, which has produced films like "22 Jump Street" and the documentary "Earth Made of Glass."

Dewan is also set to appear as a judge on the CBS reality competition "Come Dance With Me," produced by LL Cool J and Chris O’Donnell. Beyond her role in "World of Dance," she hosted the Fox adaptation of the British dance show "Flirty Dancing."
