Jennifer Hale

Jennifer Hale is a seasoned sportscaster entering her eleventh season with Fox Sports, covering major events such as the NFL, NBA, and Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show & Agility Championships. As a sideline reporter for the NFL on Fox, she continues to work alongside notable commentators and has covered 120 NFL games, tying for the ninth most in NFL history. Additionally, Hale reports on the NBA’s New Orleans Pelicans and fills in as host for various sports shows, including "Skip and Shannon: Undisputed" on FS1, and covers the NBA playoffs for TNT and The Basketball Tournament.

Hale's journalism career began after earning a master's degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and attending the Fund for American Studies’ Institute on Political Journalism at Georgetown University. She has since been recognized with multiple Emmy, Edward R. Murrow, and Associated Press Awards for her exceptional sports and news coverage. Hale's commitment to journalism and community service is further evidenced by her founding and leading of “All Access Sideline Pass,” a nonprofit aimed at empowering young women in New Orleans through educational scholarships and community outreach.

Beyond her professional achievements, Hale has overcome personal health challenges, being a survivor of cardiomyopathy and a spokesperson for the American Heart Association. Her advocacy efforts were honored with the Heart Ball Award for raising awareness about cardiovascular health. A proud resident of New Orleans' French Quarter, Hale is also a preservationist involved with the French Market's Board of Directors and actively participates in local community projects, reflecting her deep commitment to her hometown.
