Jeremy Pollack

Jeremy Pollack, Ph.D. is a social-organizational psychologist and a leader in the field of workplace conflict resolution and peacebuilding. He is the Founder of Pollack Peacebuilding Systems, a nationwide conflict resolution consulting firm. He is also co-founder and chairman of the Peaceful Leadership Institute, a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to promoting the model and theory of Peaceful Leadership, as well as co-founder and Chairman of the Association for Conflict Resolution, Florida, a non-profit aimed at supporting the practice and field of conflict resolution in the state of Florida.

Pollack is a coach, trainer, mediator, and author. He coaches and trains executives and employees at a variety of levels and industries, from Fortune 100 companies to major non-profits. Pollack has mediated conflicts between business partners, co-executives, and coworkers at all levels of organizations, aiming as often as possible to transform relationships and create Win-Win resolutions for all parties involved.

Pollack has been a regular contributor on the topics of leadership and organizational conflict management to publications such as Forbes.com, Fast Company, Industry Week, and many more. He is also the author of the The Conflict Resolution Playbook: Practical Communication Skills for Preventing, Managing, and Resolving, Conflict.

Pollack holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, a Master’s degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding (NCRP) from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a Master’s degree in Evolutionary Anthropology from California State University, Fullerton. He is also a Certified Organizational Development Coach (CODC™), a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist - Individual (CCST-I™), and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) under the International Coaching Federation. He has formerly served as a research fellow at Stanford University’s Center for International Conflict & Negotiation, where he led research projects in social psychology and conflict resolution, and prior to that as a research associate at UCLA’s Center for Behavior, Evolution, and Culture. Currently, he is a faculty member in the psychology department at Arizona College of Nursing.
