Jessica Campbell

Jessica Campbell has established a notable career in professional hockey, making history as the first female coach in the National Hockey League (NHL). She accepted the role of assistant coach for the Seattle Kraken in 2024, previously holding the same position with the Coachella Valley Firebirds, where she was also the first woman to be employed on a full-time basis as a behind-the-bench coach in the American Hockey League (AHL). Prior to stepping behind the bench, Campbell was a respected player, leading Canada's national under-18 team to a gold medal at the 2010 IIHF Women's U18 World Championship, where she was named Most Valuable Player.

Alongside her coaching duties, Campbell demonstrated her leadership skills as a player. She served as captain for Team White at the 2014-15 CWHL All-Star Game and scored the only goal for Team White in the 2015-16 CWHL All-Star Game. Her leadership and skill also helped the Calgary Inferno win their first-ever Clarkson Cup championship in 2016.

Away from the ice, Campbell has displayed her versatility as a public figure. She participated in the sixth season of "Battle of the Blades," where she was the runner-up. In 2023, she took on the role of brand ambassador for Can-i Wellness Oral Spray Supplements. The breadth of her experiences, from high-stakes international competitions to television appearances, showcases her ability to engage with a range of audiences.
