Josh King Madrid, better known as "JetSet" or "JetSetFly," is an American internet celebrity, entrepreneur, author, digital marketer, podcaster and co-founder of PanelRank.com, alongside his brother, TheBlondeJon. In 2019, JetSet invented the world's first automated-interactive conversational chatbot campaign using Instagram DM automation.

Madrid is considered to be one of Manychat's ""super users,"" for consistently achieving opt-in conversion rates that are more than three times higher than the norm set by the digital marketing industry.

Through his conversational chatbots on Instagram, he generated over $20 million worth of leads. He made $10 million in the NFT market in 2021-2022 through opt-in conversions
