Kate Snow

Kate Snow joined NBC News as a correspondent for Dateline NBC and later became the Correspondent for Rock Center with Brian Williams in July 2011. She continues to serve as a Senior National Correspondent for all platforms of NBC News, including Today, Dateline NBC, and MSNBC. Having anchored the Sunday edition of NBC Nightly News since September 2015, she has also frequently substituted for the weekday and Saturday broadcasts.

Over her career, Snow has covered breaking news stories such as the earthquake in Japan and the oil spill in the Gulf. She has also explored pertinent societal issues. Notably, her Emmy-winning 2014 series "Hooked: America's Heroin Epidemic" prompted congressional hearings and legislative action. She reported on transgender children in a viral video that reached millions of people, and her work led to two Emmy awards for her interviews with Andrea Constand and 27 Bill Cosby accusers in 2018 and 2015 respectively.

In addition to her news-related endeavors, Snow launched a digital EP cover album entitled Kate Snow in February 2023. She has also served on the national board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Snow is a graduate of Cornell University and holds a master's in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. She and her husband have two children.
