Kathy Cleveland Bull

Kathy Cleveland Bull is a professional speaker, trainer, and consultant specializing in change management. Her company, N~Compass Consulting, assists clients globally in "Navigating the Art and Science of Change." Recently, Cleveland Bull conducted seminars in Nairobi, Kenya for corporate leaders at the Strategic Leadership Centre and has expanded her international engagement by keynoting at medical and business conferences in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, and Dubai.

Cleveland Bull delivers personal and professional development seminars for a wide range of clients including Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations across North America. Her recent clients include Dow Chemical, Honeywell, Novartis, Accenture, and Nationwide Financial among others. She consults on effective change strategies, human performance, organizational culture, and strategic planning.

Previously, Cleveland Bull served as the Director of Training and Organizational Development for about 2,000 Student Affairs employees at The Ohio State University. She has also held various leadership positions in student affairs, admissions, leadership development, and event planning at Bowling Green State University, North Carolina State University, and The Ohio State University.

A Phi Beta Kappa psychology graduate from Bowling Green State University, Cleveland Bull holds two master’s degrees from BGSU, in College Student Development and Counseling. She continues to contribute to her alma mater, serving on the Leadership Council for the Honors College and previously on the Alumni Board of Trustees and the Arts and Sciences Board of Advocates. She was honored with the Outstanding Recent Graduate Award by the BGSU Alumni Association.

Kathy Cleveland Bull is recommended by Dr. Spencer Johnson to provide training based on his book "Who Moved My Cheese?" and has trained over 350,000 people worldwide in managing change using the "cheese" metaphor. She resides in Columbus, Ohio with her husband Joe and their two daughters and is a member of several professional organizations including the International Society of Performance Improvement and the American Society of Training and Development.
