Khaled Kteily

Khaled Kteily, the founder and CEO of Legacy, is dedicated to transforming the outdated perception that fertility is solely a women's issue. Legacy, a digital male fertility clinic, provides at-home sperm analysis and freezing services, enabling men to proactively assess, preserve, and enhance their fertility. The company is a graduate of both Harvard's Innovation Labs and Y Combinator's accelerator program. In addition to its direct-to-consumer services, Legacy collaborates with top insurers, military partners, and leading clinics.

A former healthcare consultant at Oliver Wyman, Kteily studied healthcare and public policy at Harvard University. Previously, he had worked at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, where he had his work on the future of entrepreneurship published at Davos.

Khaled is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the Canadian Fertility & Andrology Society. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization, is an Aspen Ideas Health Scholar, and has been honored as one of Arab America Foundation's 40 under 40. He was recently selected by the World Government Summit as one of the top 100 Arab Pioneers. He serves on the boards of the Harvard Kennedy School's Center for Public Leadership (Alumni Council) and the Harvard Arab Alumni Association.
