The "How to" segments, syndicated to an audience of over 2 million, cater to families with young children from birth to seven years. Known for addressing parenting issues, discipline strategies, and emotional coaching, Blaine's content has become a respected resource for parents. In addition to her work in media, she is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) specializing in children from newborn to seven years old.

Blaine is not only a national parenting expert but also an advocate for mindfulness and happiness. Her work extends beyond therapy as she hosts empowerment retreats focusing on balance and wellness across the country. As a published author, her writings have been featured in the Wall Street Journal and USA Today Best-sellers. Aside from her media productions, Blaine has been committed to making social impact through strategic campaigns and roles, including her previous position as the Social Marketing Director for the Early Childhood Mental Health Campaign (Project ABC), funded by the US Department of Health and Human Services (SAMHSA). She launched a national campaign to educate American parents on providing a healthy and fair start for their children, which was supported by her award-winning book "My Feelings Activity Book." Additionally, her advocacy for school safety and reducing gun violence in schools was highlighted in an interview with Vice President Biden, showcasing her dedication to impactful societal contributions.
