Johnson's expertise in organizational communication, leadership, and corporate integrity has led him to be a sought-after speaker worldwide, presenting to more than 1,800 audiences in every state in the Union, as well as internationally in the UK, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia.

Among his achievements, Johnson was awarded the City of Phoenix Award of Excellence for designing and implementing the city's team-based quality improvement program, which was also featured in a PBS televised documentary by Tom Peters.
