Lee holds a Bachelors Degree in Speech Communications, with a minor in Business from Penn State University. He received a full athletic scholarship to play football for the Penn State Nittany Lions under legendary coach Joe Paterno. Lee emerged as a starting free safety and captain of one of football’s most historic teams.
For 15 years after college, Lee leveraged his leadership talent in the Human Resources departments of Fortune 500 companies.
Lee now applies his success in the classroom, on the field, and in the office to teach forward-thinking people strategies to captivated audiences.
Lee was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and raised in Central New Jersey. Lee and his lovely wife Carmen have been blessed with two beautiful daughters.
