A former award-winning television producer, movie studio executive, owner, and TED Talk speaker, Tomlinson's life was profoundly influenced by his personal battle with Stage 3+ throat cancer. With a reinvigorated zest for life, Tomlinson founded The C.A.R.E. Effect Movement, aiming to restore and emphasize the critical role of compassion in healthcare. This initiative strives to address and mitigate burnout among America's 12.5 million healthcare professionals, encouraging them to offer more compassionate care. Additionally, Tomlinson is an adjunct professor and the author of several works focusing on the importance of compassion in medical settings. His notable keynote, "The Naked Truth About Compassionate C.A.R.E.," shares his personal cancer battle and the transformative power of compassion.
