Lindsey Day

Lindsey Day is a meteorologist on a mission to help others optimize their health. Her initial Master’s Degree is in Meteorology from Florida State University, where her graduate school thesis focused on improving hurricane track forecasting methods. Her findings were presented at the annual American Meteorological Society. Her thesis was published and featured on air during hurricane storm coverage. She is currently finishing her Master's in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, where she studies how to use food as medicine.

Lindsey Day worked as a meteorologist and reporter in Tallahassee, FL, Springfield, MO and Houston, TX. She produced and hosted Fitness Friday and Wellness Wednesday segments for CW39 Houston. Day was often selected by the TV stations she worked for to serve as an emcee at community events. Since leaving the TV industry full time to focus on her health coaching business and schooling, she's pursued a career in speaking, and was hired as the emcee for the Texas State Science Fair and as a keynote speaker at Memorial Hermann Hospital on several occasions.

Day currently works with clients nationwide as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, serving as the catalyst to hundreds of life-changing transformations. She's partnered with Xavier Academy to develop and teach a health and wellness curriculum.

Day's extreme passion to help others get healthy was precipitated from a desire to heal her own body from serious health conditions triggered by intense nutrition and workout protocols she followed while competing in national fitness competitions. She experienced firsthand how food and fitness truly can be medicine! Day was honored to receive her national qualification and the “Most Promising Figure Contestant” Award in the “NPC Maria Bellando” show.

Community involvement is important to Day; She served as the spokesperson for her TV station’s “No Text and Drive Campaign.” Day leads 100 women in a “Faith & Fitness” connect group, and has developed a unified health curriculum for the thousands of members of her church.
