Lisa Skeete Tatum

Lisa Skeete Tatum is the founder and CEO of Landit, a personalized career pathing platform created to increase the success and engagement of women and diverse groups in the workplace. The platform offers a turn-key “one size fits one” solution that enables companies to attract, develop, and retain diverse high-potential talent.

Before launching Landit, she was a General Partner with Cardinal Partners, leading the venture capital firm's investments in healthcare tech companies, and has also worked for Procter & Gamble, GE Capital, and her own consulting practice.

She serves on numerous high growth, public, and non-profit boards, including Stryker Corporation, Union Square Hospitality Group, Cornell University Board of Trustees, McCarter Theater, The Lawrenceville School, and the Harvard Business School Board of Dean’s Advisors. Tatum is a member of the 2012 Class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute.

She has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes (including being named to the magazine's 50 Over 50 list), Fast Company, Vanity Fair, Fortune, Inc., CNBC, and BBC Business, and was selected as one of the Most Impressive Women Entrepreneurs by Inc. Additionally, Landit was recognized as one of the Top 10 Innovations That Made Women’s Lives Better by Fast Company.

Tatum is a graduate of Cornell University and earned her MBA at Harvard Business School.
