Maria Bartiromo

Maria Bartiromo, an accomplished financial journalist, television personality, and news anchor, has made a name for herself through an extensive, dynamic career that began in 1988. She cut her journalistic teeth at CNN as a producer before moving to CNBC in 1993. At CNBC, she pioneered live television reporting from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, a first in television journalism. Bartiromo's tenure at CNBC saw her host popular shows such as "Closing Bell" and "On the Money with Maria Bartiromo." After leaving CNBC in 2013, she joined Fox Corporation in January 2014 as Global Markets Editor. She currently hosts "Mornings with Maria" on Fox Business Network (FBN), "Maria Bartiromo's Wall Street" on FBN, and "Sunday Morning Futures With Maria Bartiromo" on Fox News Channel (FNC), contributing to their ratings success. In April 2017, she became the anchor of FBN’s weekly primetime investing program "Wall Street Week."

Bartiromo has received numerous prestigious awards including two Emmys and a Gracie Award. She also made history as the first female journalist to be inducted into the Cable Hall of Fame Class of 2011, and in 2016, she was honored by the Library of American Broadcasting as one of its Giants of Broadcasting & Electronic Arts. Bartiromo has hosted presidential debates and conducted the first post-election interview with Donald Trump in November 2020.

Off the screen, Bartiromo is an established author, having penned books including "Use the News: How to Separate the Noise from the Investment Nuggets and Make Money in Any Economy" and "The 10 Laws of Enduring Success". Bartiromo balances her career with civic duties, serving as a member of the Board of Trustees of New York University, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Economic Club of New York, and the Board of Directors of The National Italian American Foundation (NIAF). She is recognized for her work in Broadcast & Media, Economy, Finance, and Political Perspective, and also noted as a Moderator & Panelist and for her involvement in Women in Business.
