Marysol Patton

Miami native Marysol Patton is one of the Magic City’s most sought-after women both socially and professionally. Well-spoken and quick-witted with a bubbly personality, she holds the ability to capture the attention of everyone around her. Marysol is the daughter of the late Elsa (née Carrera) and Don Patton, with Cuban (maternal) and Irish (paternal) roots. Throughout her youth, Don, a renowned yacht builder, often brought Elsa and Marysol along when traveling the world for his clients. This upbringing exposed her to countless cultures and gave her a firsthand account of how to run a luxury business and relate to high-net-worth individuals.

Marysol owned the Patton Group, a PR and events agency that handled media and put on one-of-a-kind events for some of Miami’s top luxury affairs and international brands. Companies and brands such as LVMH, Pomellato, Oscar de la Renta, Valentino, Carolina Herrera, Roberto Cavalli, Valentino, Emilio Pucci, Roger Vivier, Gucci, Bulgari, Harry Winston, Cartier and many more sought Marysol to build buzz and keep their brands at the forefront of her robust database of philanthropists, socialites, powerful business elite, influencers and international celebrities. Marysol and her bestie, Alexia Nepola, launched their own iHeartMedia podcast, “Ay Por Favor.” Marysol also is the creator of Cockies, a ready-to-drink beverage brand that will be available in early 2024.

Marysol, who retired in 2016, recently married Steven McNamara, the love of her life. They reside in the exclusive Coconut Grove neighborhood of Miami. Marysol enjoys entertaining – particularly creating unique and memorable tablescapes – cooking, supporting countless charities, and collecting priceless fashion and jewelry accessories.
