Mike Nabors

Mike Nabors is an Emmy and Telly award-winning veteran broadcast journalist with over 30 years of television experience working for national, regional and local networks across the United States. In addition he founded a successful multimedia marketing company, is a full time college professor in the Florida Southern business school and a published author.

Nabors is the TV host of the New Orleans Saints, a position he has held since 2006. He anchors pre and post game shows along with his "Errands" series (a segment he created where he runs "errands" with Saints players) which airs on all the team's online platforms. For 14 seasons, he hosted an exclusive post-game show with former Saints quarterback Drew Brees and most recently authored "The Brees Way" a book that chronicles the career of the future Hall of Fame quarterback.

Prior to the New Orleans Saints, Nabors was the TV host of the Tampa Bay Lightning serving as the team's pre-game host and rinkside reporter. Nabors was also the national and regional host for Fox Sports Net covering every major sporting event and team in Florida for three years.

Nabors has freelanced for ESPN, NFL Network, Fox Sports Net, Comcast Sportsnet and the Home Shopping Network. He has served as an anchor and reporter in multiple markets such as Atlanta, Tampa, New Orleans, Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Tuscaloosa. He has also done play by play and sideline reporting for a variety of sporting events for multiple SEC schools covering football, baseball, basketball and track and field. Nabors is a national writer and regular contributor for MLB.com.

Nabors is the founder and CEO of Nabors Media Group, a full-scale and multimedia marketing production company. A natural extension from his broadcast work, he started his company in 2009 by developing and producing sports documentaries. Today, Nabors Media Group has a multitude of clients ranging from Fortune 500 to nonprofit organizations. Some of his most notable clientele include Moffitt Cancer Center, Joe Madden's Respect 90 Foundation, Humane Society of Tampa Bay and myMatrixx. The company takes pride in not only producing videos but creating ideas that raise brand awareness and help organizations "tell their story."

Nabors is an Adjunct Professor at Florida Southern University's Barney Barnett School of Business where he launched courses in both Sports Innovation/Entrepreneurship and the Business of Sports Media. His classes are available to graduate and undergraduate students.
