Mike White

Michael "Mike" White is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the media and food and beverage industries. Formerly the chairman, president, and chief executive officer of DIRECTV, White was pivotal in the company's merger with AT&T, a strategic move aimed at generating $1.6 billion in annual synergies within three years. Under his leadership, DIRECTV saw revenues increase by over 50% and earnings per share increase fivefold. He spearheaded major improvements in customer service, leading to DIRECTV being named Energy Star Partner of the Year for three consecutive years.

Prior to his role at DIRECTV, White served as CEO of PepsiCo International and vice chairman of PepsiCo from 2003 to 2009, and held various executive roles including president and CEO of Frito-Lay's Europe, Africa, and Middle East division. His earlier career also includes significant experience as senior vice president and general manager for Avon Products, Inc.

White's education includes a master's degree in international relations from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor's degree from Boston College. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Bank of America/Merrill Lynch and Whirlpool Corp.
