Monica Parker

Monica Parker is the founder of HATCH Analytics, a global human analytics and change consultancy, and the author of the bestselling book, "The Power of Wonder: The Science and Soul of our Most Important Emotion and Why We Need More of it Now." Her background spans a variety of roles including design, homicide investigation, opera singing, and management positions in both corporate and non-profit settings, enriching her vast knowledge of navigating and communicating organizational change.

An international speaker and expert in human behavior, organizational change, and workplace strategy, Parker brings to the team at HATCH over fifteen years of experience in understanding the influence of environments and processes on human behavior. She has worked with major organizations such as LinkedIn, Google, Prudential, LEGO, Dyson, Microsoft, Deloitte, McKinsey, and L’Oréal. Her role at HATCH is to help clients challenge their notion of the status quo and see the performance benefits of workplace transformation. Parker is also known for her ability to provide actionable strategies and insights that intertwine psychology, neuroscience, and sociology.
