Nadia Ait

Nadia Ait is the CEO and co-founder of Body Language Academy by Joe Navarro. The academy has students from more than 50 countries and trains people from a wide range of professions, including leading global companies and law enforcement agencies.

Ait holds a university degree in communication & behavior, as well as an academic degree in leadership, organization & HR. She has been trained by world-leading body language experts Joe Navarro and the Paul Ekman Group (Manchester). She has certifications and extensive experience in credibility assessment, emotional skills, investigative interviewing, and statement analysis. Ait is recognized as an expert in nonverbal communication, specializing in using body language to build rapport, influence, and persuade.

As a young leader and entrepreneur, Ait's personal success depended on her ability to understand and predict the wants, needs, desires, and hesitations of clients, colleagues, managers, and stakeholders. This drove her to become proficient in body language, human behavior, and communication, leveraging these skills to advance in her career. Aiming to be among the top in her field, she collaborated with ex-FBI Special Agent Joe Navarro to establish a global training academy. In her leadership role, Ait also serves as a mentor in the Body Language Expert educational program, which is approved by the American Psychology Association.

Ait offers keynotes on various topics including reading body language, female empowerment & leadership, emotional intelligence for business results, cross-cultural communication & diversity, and detecting danger through nonverbal cues. These presentations cover aspects of nonverbal communication such as posture, gestures, facial expressions, eye contact, and tone of voice.
