Naeem Mahmood

Naeem Mahmood was one of Tony Robbins’ top national speakers where he delivered over 2,000 talks to more than 100,000 people across the United States on the psychology of peak performance. He is highly experienced in leadership, organizational behavior, psychology of achievement, and sales mastery. Mahmood advises and consults with Fortune 500 companies, executives, and entrepreneurs, with notable clients including SoFi, The US Army, Northwestern Medicine, Salesforce, and JP Morgan.

In addition to his consulting work, Mahmood hosts "Peak Humans," a podcast where he interviews peak performers from various fields to explore their thoughts, patterns, beliefs, and habits that contribute to their success. This platform complements his role as the founder of Mood Ventures, where he further develops his teachings on peak performance. Mahmood also serves as a partner at Performance Coach University, an accredited performance coach certification program that emphasizes performance, accountability, and results. PCU certified coaches are trained to enhance individual and organizational performance in both personal and professional contexts.

Mahmood graduated with honors from New York University, where he was also a member of the basketball team. His diverse career includes experiences from Wall Street to Silicon Valley, before ultimately focusing on speaking and training with Tony Robbins and founding his own ventures. He resides in Puerto Rico and Los Angeles with his partner, Josefina Bashout, and enjoys reading, playing sports, surfing, diving, and volunteering. His speaking engagements are noted for their impactful content on leadership, mindfulness, mental toughness, and building resilient teams, helping individuals and organizations achieve their highest potential.
