Neil Joglekar

A technology entrepreneur, Neil Joglekar serves as Director of Product at McChrystal Group. He drives innovation and new product offerings for the CrossLead C3 Platform, a cloud-based software solution for the Enterprise. In this role he is responsible for product conceptualization, design and delivery.

Alongside, he currently advises early-stage startups and non-profits to assist with fundraising and the design of digital strategies to maximize engagement and retention. He is also the founder of Cardinal Tutors, an Internet company bringing premium tutoring services to high school students in the San Francisco region. Previously, he was a co-founder of venture and Y-Combinator-backed ReelSurfer and a commodities trader for the DRW Trading Group.

In 2011, Neil was honored by the World Economic Forum as a Global Shaper, an international network of over 200 hubs of exceptional young leaders under 30 who have a drive to improve their local communities. He is a frequent guest author and speaker on digital media.

Neil received a Bachelors of Science in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University in 2008. While a student, he founded I-Challenge, a business plan competition for undergraduate students and developed a mentorship program with Stanford Business School.
