Nick Swardson

Nick Swardson is an actor, stand-up comedian, screenwriter, and producer known for his versatile talent across multiple entertainment forms. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Swardson began his comedy career in local clubs before moving to New York City and later to Los Angeles to expand his opportunities.

Swardson first gained significant attention for his role as the eccentric character Terry Bernadino in the Comedy Central series "RENO 911!" and for his writing on "Malibu's Most Wanted" for Warner Brothers. His film credits include notable roles in "Grandma's Boy" (2006) where he not only played the character Jeff but also co-wrote and produced the film. He further showcased his comedic flair in "Benchwarmers" (2006), "Blades of Glory" (2007), "You Don’t Mess with the Zohan" (2008), and "That’s My Boy" (2012). Swardson also contributed to the production of "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry."

In addition to his film work, Swardson has been active in television and stand-up comedy. He created and starred in "Nick Swardson's Pretend Time," which aired on Comedy Central from 2010 to 2012. His stand-up specials, "Seriously, Who Farted?" and "Taste It," were highly successful, with his first CD/DVD, "Party," achieving platinum status.

Swardson has also ventured into voice acting, portraying the character Troy in the animated show "Chozen" on FXX. His involvement with Netflix includes appearing in Adam Sandler's films "The Ridiculous 6" and "The Do-Over." Most recently, he co-starred in the animated movie "Hell And Back" alongside notable actors such as TJ Miller, Bob Odenkirk, and Mila Kunis.
