Nigel Clarke

Nigel Clarke is a TV presenter and performer. While he is best known for his work on "The Baby Club" and as the founder of Dadvengers, his impact extends widely across the British television industry. Clarke has been the face of "The Baby Club" on Cbeebies since January 2019, where he co-hosts alongside Giovanna Fletcher, captivating babies and their parents with charming songs, games, and calming storytime. His work also includes "The Toddler Club," a spin-off series co-hosted with Gemma Atkinson, and the BBC Sounds podcast, "Baby Bear & Me."

In the wake of "The Baby Club's" success, Clarke saw a need for more resources for new fathers and initiated the Dadvengers project. Launched in 2020, the "Dadvengers" Podcast features celebrity guests sharing their personal parenting journeys, with the aim of encouraging listeners to share and learn from each other's experiences.

However, Clarke's broadcasting experience extends beyond Cbeebies. He has been a presenter for a diverse array of programs, including "Dance Factory," "Clutter Nutters," "Sportsround" and "Totally Rubbish" for BBC, "Toonattik" for GMTV, "Unlimited" for Facebook, "Skillicious" for ITV, "My Camp Rock" for Disney Channel, and "Rat Race Urban Adventure" for Channel 4. His work also included the RTS award-winning show "No Girls Allowed," which was broadcast live on Five. He has hosted red carpet and behind-the-scenes segments at the Children's BAFTAs 2011 and has even created behind-the-scenes programs for new Disney releases.

Performance is another of Clarke's passions, particularly demonstrated through his involvement with the stage show "STOMP." As an original member of the London cast, his performances have taken him from the West End to international stages, including high-profile events such as the Olympics Closing Ceremony 2012, Live at the Palladium, The Royal Variety Performance, and The World Music Awards. Most recently, Clarke played the role of Cinderella’s Dandini in a 2021 Christmas pantomime.
