Paula Caligiuri, Ph.D., is the Founder and CEO of Skiilify, a public benefit corporation committed to enhancing cross-cultural competencies among individuals and fostering a culture of inclusiveness within organizations. She is also a Distinguished Professor of International Business and Strategy at Northeastern University, where she hosts the podcast "International Business Today."
