Paula Ngon

Paula Ngon is a seasoned public relations (PR) strategist with a passion for brand communications and storytelling. Working for iconic and trusted brands, she has spent her career cultivating a wealth of experience and generating widespread and impactful media coverage, connecting brands to diverse new audiences, and marrying her passions for culture, entertainment, sports, media, and politics.

Ngon currently brings her skills to the National Football League (NFL), where she works on communications and public affairs efforts. Previously, she handled brand communications and media relations at Condé Nast; earlier, she led dozens of PR campaigns for renowned brands such as People and Entertainment Weekly, then later joined the Estée Lauder Companies.

A first generation American, Ngon has a passion for diverse storytelling and positive representation of people of color in media and entertainment. She works to connect, amplify and celebrate the notable contributions of Black people in the media industry. In 2018, while working as a senior publicist at People, Ngon cofounded Blackprint, a venture within Dotdash Meredith. Blackprint hosted more than 30 events and mentorship programs with names like John Legend and Michael B. Jordan to empower Black people in media and entertainment.

Ngon received her dual-degree in Journalism & Mass Communication and Political Science from Arizona State University. She has been recognized by Forbes on their 30 Under 30 list and is an ADCOLOR Future Honoree, a "Black Pioneer" by PR News, and a Mission Speaker for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
