Perianne Boring

Perianne Boring is the Founder and CEO of the Chamber of Digital Commerce, the world’s largest trade association for the blockchain industry, and over the past decade has leveraged her experiences as a policy analyst, journalist and entrepreneur to become a global thought leader for the digital asset ecosystem.

As a featured speaker and panelist at conferences and public policy forums across North and South America, Asia and Europe, Ms. Boring has advocated policies to foster investment, innovation and adoption of digital asset and blockchain technologies. In that time she, with the Chamber, has also been a leading voice in the United States with state and federal policymakers and regulatory agencies for pro-investor policies to spur innovation and growth in the digital asset ecosystem.

This global thought leadership has provided several unique opportunities; most recently Ms. Boring served as an executive producer of the documentary, “God Bless Bitcoin,” which examines how digital assets can transform the global financial marketplace into a freer, sounder, and more inclusive system for all. She has been named one of “America’s Top 50 Women in Tech” by Forbes and one of the “10 Most Influential People in Blockchain” by CoinDesk.

Prior to founding the Chamber of Digital Commerce, Ms. Boring served as a broadcast journalist, anchoring an international finance program, and as a legislative analyst in the U.S. House of Representatives, focusing on finance, economics, and tax policy.
