Peter Kozodoy is the founder of private equity firm Skylark Ventures, award-winning author of Honest to Greatness and Exit Velocity, a global keynote speaker, Inc. 5000 serial entrepreneur and business growth consultant to over 30 industries in 4 countries.

He has co-founded, advised, and operated several multimillion-dollar companies from private startups to publicly-traded organizations.

His articles on business, leadership and entrepreneurship have appeared in Inc., Forbes, The Huffington Post and more, and his work has been featured in CNBC, Yahoo!, Bloomberg, Reuters and MarketWatch, earning him Telly, Pixie, Communicator, Aurora, Davey and W3 awards.


Kozodoy has spoken at TEDx, EO, CEO Clubs of America, Digital Book World, Rotary Clubs, Vistage, and in the conferences and boardrooms of many organizations where he teaches leaders how to use “strategic brutal honesty” as a culture transformation technique to achieve massive success, among other business leadership and growth keynotes.

He has been a member of both Entrepreneur’s Organization and the Young Entrepreneur Council, and he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
