Peter Krull

Peter Krull is president of Krull & Company, one of the East Coast's leading socially and environmentally responsible financial services firms. An industry veteran who started his career with Merrill Lynch, he founded his firm in 2004 with the sole purpose of helping his clients align their investments with their values. The firm, based in Darien, GA, is a member of the Social Investment Forum and is a signatory of the United Nations' Principles for Responsible Investing (PRI) program. Mr. Krull especially enjoys helping like-minded individuals, institutions and foundations put their money where their mouth is.

Mr. Krull is a staunch advocate for the environment. A native of Western New York, he developed an appreciation for the outdoors at a young age. He received a Bachelors Degree in Communication from Bethany College in West Virginia. He works closely with the Altamaha Riverkeeper, is on the board of directors of the Center for a Sustainable Coast, and is a founder of GreenDrinks Savannah. He was selected as a 40 under 40 business leader by the Savannah Business Report & Journal in 2009. He is a frequently published author on environmental and investing issues as well as a regular speaker up and down the East Coast. He is married to Dr. Melissa Booth, a research scientist and the assistant director of the University of Georgia Marine Institute at Sapelo Island where they live.

Mr. Krull can speak on a wide range of topics. As a green entrepreneur, he can discuss the steps needed to move from a traditional business model to one of environmental sustainability. On the investment side, he is knowledgeable in the different "green" sectors of the economy and how to construct a sustainable and responsible investment portfolio. From his work in retail and training, on through the founding of his financial services firm, he is an experienced leader, offering advice on initiating and making positive change.
