Rachel Zoe

Rachel Zoe is an American fashion designer, businesswoman, and author. She became prominent as a celebrity wardrobe stylist, known for creating the "boho-meets-rock chic look" in the mid-2000s. Today, Zoe is recognized for her extensive knowledge of vintage, haute couture, and contemporary design. As a designer, she shares her excellent taste and expertise with her growing audience.

Zoe rose to fame in the celebrity and fashion world through her work as a stylist, revolutionizing the business and inspiring a future generation of stylists. Rachel and her team, Rachel Zoe Studio, oversee the public image of many of Hollywood’s A-list for red carpet, editorial shoots for major fashion magazines, and international advertising campaigns. In 2007, she authored "Style A to Zoe," which quickly hit the New York Times bestseller list.

In 2008, Zoe starred in the Bravo reality television series "The Rachel Zoe Project," which ran for five seasons and ended in spring 2013, offering an insight into her career as a stylist and burgeoning designer. In 2014, she published her second book, "Living in Style," which also debuted on the New York Times bestseller list.

In 2009, Zoe launched "The Zoe Report," a lifestyle brand initially created as a daily newsletter. The platform was later acquired by Bustle Digital Group in 2019 and continues to have a significant readership with 1.5 million newsletter subscribers and an additional 2 million social media followers. Zoe also co-founded DreamDry, a chain of blow-dry salons, in 2012 and launched "Box of Style" in 2015, a subscription service delivering fashion and lifestyle items.

Zoe's influence expanded into the fashion industry in 2011 with the launch of her eponymous fashion brand, Rachel Zoe collection, available in over 300 department and specialty stores globally. This collection, known for its vintage-inspired fabrics, prints, and silhouettes, mirrors the European sensibility that she is known for. Zoe also acted as a consultant for Piperlime.com, launching the Luxe Rachel Zoe collection on QVC in 2009. She then collaborated with Swedish fashion retailer Lindex in 2011 and with Quinny and Maxi-Cosi for a stylish baby collection in 2016.

Zoe's entrepreneurial ventures also include hosting "Fashionably Late with Rachel Zoe" in 2015, a talk show focused on fashion trends, and launching Rachel Zoe Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focusing on disruptive consumer brands and technology companies. She also has an active role in the ownership group of Angel City FC of the National Women's Soccer League.

A recipient of numerous prestigious industry awards, including The Fashion Group International’s 2006 Fashion Oracle Award, the Accessories Council 2006 Fashion Influencer Ace Award, and Hollywood Life Magazine’s 2006 Star Stylist Award, Zoe continues to be a highly influential figure in the fashion industry. Her latest endeavors include a new podcast series titled "Climbing in Heels" where she interviews female powerhouses from various industries, and a script for a sitcom, sold to NBC, based on her early career in the fashion industry.
