Relly Nadler

Relly Nadler is the founder of True North Leadership, Inc., an Executive and Organizational development firm. He holds a B.A. from the University of Hartford, an M.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and received his Psy.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. With a background as a licensed psychologist and Master Executive Coach, Nadler has over 25 years of experience working with top executives and their teams to enhance performance and leadership skills.

Nadler's expertise in leadership, emotional intelligence, and team dynamics is widely recognized. He has authored several best-selling books including "Leader’s Playbook" and "Leading with Emotional Intelligence: Hands-On Strategies for Building Confident and Collaborative Star Performers." His innovative approach to executive coaching and leadership training has been implemented in programs for notable organizations such as Anheuser-Busch, BMW, EDS, MCI, DreamWorks Animation, Comerica Bank, America Honda, and General Motors Defense. Nadler's work has also been featured in the Harvard Management Update, underscoring his influence in the field of leadership development.

As a faculty member of The College of Executive Coaching, Nadler is involved in educating professionals on personal and executive coaching. He is certified in the use of Daniel Goleman's and the Hay Group's Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI).
