Rex Pemberton

Rex Pemberton is the founder of Evolve Meetings.

His facilitation experience spans over 20 years, encompassing multiple cultures and all seven continents. Pemberton specializes in educating teams on creating clear vision, building trust, developing powerful cultures, and thriving in competitive and transformative environments. He is renowned for his keynote, "Evolve," which is a three-part immersive experience designed to help businesses reach the pinnacle of their potential, focusing on aspects such as managing risk and fostering innovation.

Pemberton is one of the few individuals globally to reach the peak of his sport in multiple disciplines, including being the youngest Australian to climb Mount Everest at age 21 and the third youngest person to climb the Seven Summits. He holds multiple world records in extreme sports, ranging from mountain climbing to base jumping and wingsuit flying. His transition from mountaineering to skydiving and wingsuit flying includes competing at world championships and designing the innovative X-wing, a jet-powered wingsuit that allows for sustained flight similar to an aircraft.

Awarded the National Geographic Adventurer of the Year twice, Pemberton's achievements and insights have been featured on notable platforms including "CBS Sunday Morning," "60 Minutes," "Outside Television," and "Australian Geographic." He continues to inspire business leaders worldwide through his highly interactive Simulated Learning Experiences (SLE) and keynote presentations, combining dramatic storytelling with impactful visual aids and interactive elements to enhance team performance and motivation.
