Ron Carson

Ron Carson is the Founder and CEO of Carson Wealth, a leading wealth advisory firm in the United States that offers holistic financial planning, disciplined investment strategies, and proactive personal service. In 1993, he established Peak Advisor Alliance to share his successful strategies for growing an exceptional advisory practice. Additionally, he founded Carson Institutional Alliance to provide elite advisors with essential tools such as co-sourced investment management, integrated marketing strategies, and customized materials to enhance client communication.

Carson began developing his foundational principles in 1983 while working from his dorm room at the University of Nebraska. His focus on serving clients' best interests, relentless pursuit of excellence, and continual intellectual growth and innovation have been central to his success. His dedication has made him LPL Financial’s top-ranked registered representative for 23 consecutive years. He has been consistently recognized in annual top 10 rankings by Barron's and Registered Rep magazine and was inducted into Barron's inaugural Hall of Fame.

His influence extends beyond his firms through his co-founding of aRIA, a think-tank study group of elite RIA firms, and Advisor Growth Strategies, a consultancy for the wealth management industry. As a member of the Financial Advisor Council of CNBC, he contributes guest columns and offers insights to the CNBC Digital news team. Since 2014, he has served on the board of trustees at The American College of Financial Services, which provides programs to train effective financial advisors. He, alongside his wife Jeanie, founded The Dreamweaver Foundation, which fulfills end-of-life dreams for seniors with terminal illnesses. He also established the American Charitable Foundation and has served as a past President of the Child Saving Institute.
