She worked her way up and founded her own appraisal firm by the age of 21. After 12 years in the appraisal industry, Rosie began her transition into the loan origination side of the business. Her ongoing fascination with real estate and its economic impact led her to the formation of her own mortgage firm in December of 2000. Her experience with property values and how leverage plays a key role in the wealth building process led to her commitment to build wealth with real estate.
Rosie is managing director and founder of Capital Financial Advisors, Inc. which is a boutique mortgage firm tailored to help individuals fully understand the impact of mortgages and debt and how they significantly effect one another. Working closely with estate planning attorneys, financial planners, Certified Public Accountants and tax planning experts, Rosie has developed strategies to help individuals understand the benefits of leverage, and how it can positively affect tax, estate and financial planning.
Sharing this knowledge to help others accumulate wealth has become her life's passion.
